  • to request to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to VISTATE in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transfer these data to another administrator, where the processing is based on consent or a contractual obligation and the processing is carried out by automated means
  • to object to such processing of your personal data to the data protection officer, if there are grounds for doing so.

HOW DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES?

The Company provides access to your personal data to the following categories of recipients located within the European Union.
